Single room: EUR 125, 00 (including breakfast) per night and per room
Double room: EUR 140,00 (including breakfast & internet connection) per night and per room
The discount rates for the participants of the Europe INNOVA Annual Partnering Event are valid until August 15, 2009.

Terms & conditions regarding reservations:

In order to receive the special prices applying for the conference, reservations must be made and sent to the hotel latest by 15th of August 2009. After the 15th of August 2009 reservations will be subject to availability and different rates may apply.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply and any deposit received will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 2 weeks and 3 days prior to arrival there will be a charge of 1 overnight as cancellation fee.
For cancellations made from 3 to 0 days prior to arrival the full amount, i.e. 2 nights of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
