The first edition of ECOTROPHELIA Europe, the European competition for the creation of eco-innovative food products, was held on the 10th of October 2011 in Cologne at ANUGA, the international food exhibition. The results of the European competition ECOTROPHELIA EUROPE 2011 will be announced on the 10 October 2011 at Anuga exhibition in Cologne (Germany). The first European competition for innovative and eco-friendly food-products has been launched in April 2011. The deadline for entering the competition is 15 July 2011. Students will be invited to present their products to the jury on the 9 and 10 October 2011. The results will be announced after the presentation, on Monday 10 October, 2011. ...
