Extended Call for proposals in France
OSEO extends its call for proposals to support eco-innovation in recycling and resource efficiency for manufacturing SMEs until June 2012.
On the 26 April 2011 the French public innovation agency OSEO has announced the extension of the ongoing call for REMake vouchers.
The vouchers are disseminated as grants to stimulate eco- innovative solution in the industrial sectors: metals and plastics processing, surface finishing, mechanical engineering, electric and electronic equipment.
To apply to the call SMEs are requested to fill in the form “Dossier de Proposition” available on the OSEO website

UK REMake voucher call opened to March 2012
Welsh businesses looking to lower costs in their manufacturing processes may be entitled to a free expert and technical advice up to the value of £17,000 from WRAP Cymru (Waste & Resources Action Programme in Wales).
Through REMake vouchers, businesses have the option to select a technical consultant with the relevant expertise who can help identify potential cost savings, source and trial recycled materials and reduce packaging.

REMake voucher call launched in Valencia
CICI and AIMME launch pilot voucher scheme in Valencia
The Consellería de Industria, Comercio e Innovación of the Generalitat Valenciana (CICI), with the Metal Technology Institute AIMME launch a pilot call for eco-innovation vouchers as part of the REMake Project.
SMEs based on Valencia, and working on the fields of Metal and plastic products, surface treatment, mechanic operations and Electric/electronic equipment can apply for vouchers for feasibility studies or implementation of eco-efficiency measures. The SMEs will use the vouchers to get consultancy support up to 10.000 €.
A máximum of 20 SMEs will be awarded with a voucher for feasibility studies (Phase 1) and up to 5 for implementation of eco-efficiency measures (Phase 2). The pilot call opened May 24th 2011 and will close June 7th 2011. The consultancy work will take place in companies during the following three months.

OSEO launched two calls for proposals supporting eco-innovation on 26 April 2010. The calls are aimed at French SMEs and target two essential branches of eco-innovation: services for sustainable building and recycling and resource efficiency in manufacturing. OSEO will support successful applicants with an “innovation voucher”, a novel tool designed for SMEs to gain swift and hassle-free access to support
The two calls for proposals will be open continuously during the next 12 month.
On 1 September 2010, the German Agency for Material Efficiency, DEMEA, launched a pilot voucher scheme within the framework of the REMake project.
The pilot scheme is available for 6 months, from 1 September 2010 to 31 March 2011.
