Overview
The Regional KIS 100 event on 3rd December 2010 promoted service innovation in Greece & Bulgaria by bringing together the regional stakeholders in this field. Innovation practitioners, policy makers as well as SMEs and industry experts came together to discuss ways to enhance innovation in the service sector. A number of regional SMEs that have been successful in knowledge intensive industries showcased their approach to service innovation.
In addition, the issues of how regions can support the emergence and growth of knowledge intensive service companies for example through clusters or regional support measures were discussed.
The event was hosted by Atlantis Research.
