REMake database on eco-innovation standards and regulations now available for manufacturing SMEs
REMake has completed and published a database on eco-innovation standards and regulations existing at European and international level. The database is dedicated to manufacturing SMEs that would like to learn how to make more profit by simply using less resources but that are not aware of the legislative and normative context. In addition, manufacturing SMES can find information about existing technical and financial support systems as well as hands-on tools and methodologies for the implementation of resource-efficient approaches.
The new REMake database can filtered and searched using multiple categories:
• by lifecycle steps e.g. production, packaging, transport, use, end-of-life;
• by topics e.g. waste, energy, emissions, materials, worker, equipment;
• by sector e.g. fabricated metal products, plastic products, mechanical engineering, surface finishing, electric and electronic equipment.
